“Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. ”

“Well the first room I was put in the air didn't work the second one had no TV or microwave, was told they'd bring it to me and that never happened so had to be put in a third room by 3rd shift person and it has bugs in ALL of them!!!!!”

“THIS IS THE WORST, NON KID FRIENDLY, SCARY, NOT MAINTAINED PROPERTY THAT WE HAVE EVER SEEN. The doors did not lock, there was bags of trash all around the property, lots of people sitting in cars all night, sketchy area, not safe, very old tub, super small bathroom, no towels, THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE COVID, the entire first floor is rented out by long term tenants, this place should be closed down!”
