"I just needed aplace to lay my head after a long day of playing in a pool tournament, so it didnt bother me much that the guy who checked me in only said about 5 words to me. I got in at 12:30am and just as soon as I got to sleep, i get a loud bang at the door. Apparently some guy had the wrong room, which is not the hotels fault, I guess. I wake up at 7, to go get breakfast, and it was definitely subpar. The OJ was already empty and stayed empty the whole time i was there. The showers are made for people 5' or shorter. There was no warm water, which made up for the coffee maker being dirty. All I needed was a place to get a decent nights sleep and to take a good shower and this visit definitely did not meet those basic needs. It wasnt the worst hotel, but it is on the lower end. "

"Hotel doesnt have parking. Website says it does. Well, it doesnt. No valet parking weekends. Elevator was so loud it was hard to sleep at night. "

"Breakfast and staff were amazing. The rooms were very old. Cleanliness was not good. There was salsa on my in table and clock. There was a skillet full of grease in the oven. The furniture was very old and uncomfortable and this was the 2nd room we were moved to "

"It wasn’t clean and I had to change rooms 2 times. The towels looked like they had not be changed. They had hair on them and some other gross thing that looked like skin on the towel. I asked to be moved to a totally different floor because apparently the same housekeeper neglected all of the rooms on that floor. I really wanted to check out and go somewhere else however it was too late to find another place. My daughter did not sleep at all because she was so stressed by how disgusting it was. The only thing good about this hotel was that the staff and other guests were nice. I didn’t want to stress the seemingly new sweet young front desk worker so I just dealt with it. However, I felt that I should have gotten a refund because I had to change rooms so many times. The last room had decently clean towels but the floor was filthy and I was so tire that I didn’t even feel like telling the poor girl at the front so I just told her it was okay. Please don’t go unless you really don’t care about filth. If you have kids like I do you will be disgusted and bare able to give them a bath. MOMS, save yourself the stress!!!!!!!!"
