Our room was clean. The floor of the bathroom and entry had been cleaned with something that had made it a little slippery. This wouldn't have been a problem had I not been on crutches but being as I was it was a bit of an issue. The staff and breakfast were great as usual. We were a little disappointed that the pool was out of service due to a pump issue.

May 29, 2026 stay. Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the property is run down and needs a refresh/update. It doesn’t help that there is a shuttered restaurant on the property. Staff didn’t t clean the room each day.

The staff was wonderful — very kind and extremely helpful. I love your hotel. What I didn’t like was that the mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The toilet in Suite 217 also seemed very small, almost child-sized, and should be replaced as well. Because of these issues, we had to move to the third floor. Overall, I would return, just not stay in the suites again.
