"Everything was very good, and we had a goodtime. This was our second time staying at the resort and we will visit it again. The staff was really good at the front desk, the amenities, at the main bar, and with the entertainments. Our only complaint is the security on the Adult Pool need to be present frequently to ensure that all guests comply with the established rules. Is not possible that a group of guests were eating Tacos and drinking alcohol inside the pool, very disappointed moment. The rules should be enforced consistently to maintain a pleasant environment and ensure that everyone can enjoy the hotel’s facilities without being disturbed by others.
