"Business people return around 7pm, evening free drinks/snacks hours can be extended? Concierge Staff - was very good, especially a dark skinned lady with name starting with "M" - I forget the name. Besides that - the hotel places a "save water" sticker on their bathroom mirror, but the cleaning staff picks up towels that are hung up , anyway. They haven't learnt the importance yet."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Fountainbleau. The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I had an oceanview room on the 15th floor of the Sorento tower. However, I was not informed construction would be going on during my stay or that it would be part of my view. If I didn't sit out on the balcony my view was unobstructed and quiet but once I came outside on the balcony it was noise and the room shook a few times."
