Great place to stay

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Check in and check process stemless, breakfast was perfect!

Easy check in. Clean and bright everywhere! Nice location. Friendly staff. Bed mattress was too squishy but other than that, it was a nice little hidden gem.

I was very happy to see a nice and clean room with all the necessary things (small fridge, microwave, keurig coffeemaker, hair dryer, etc) It was clean and pretty. It has a balcony with a couple of chairs, the mattress and linens were cozy!! The pool area was nice too… Will definitely come back

The room was very nice as was the decor of the hotel . Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We had drinks at the bar/restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the view of the lake.

Clean and staff is very friendly. Location to beach access was good.

Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was close to good restaurants and grocery store. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beach was right outside our room. It was not crowded and no cars can drive on that stretch of beach which is hard to come by. The area is quiet and not touristy like Daytona.

Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. Very cool location and short distance to Key West Express ferry.

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

The site was clean and quiet. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport as well. It’s near a mall and multiple restaurants.

the hotel was very clean and so was our room. it was very quiet in the room . the location of the hotel is excellent close to many restaurante and shops within 1-10 mins walk. the staff was wonderful too ! excellent stay!!!

Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

This is hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Orlando. The hotel and amenities are phenomenal and the staff and service is fantastic. They have practically everything you could want at a resort and for such a fair price.
