"A unique experience with cool decor. Prompt attention to text and super close to town and hot springs. The extra bed up the loft is hard to access up a ladder (two older women) so we shared the king which was a tempurpedic and it worked out fine.
Great memory thank you."
"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel/motel/cabins. The facility was not adequately maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. The room and common areas appeared neglected and did not meet reasonable standards for guest accommodations.
Another significant issue was the lack of exterior lighting. The parking lot and walkways were poorly lit, creating safety concerns and making it difficult to navigate the property at night."
"Though the rooms were clean we had no soap or cups. When we asked for soap she went and got the hand soap from the club house bathroom. We got three paper cups for three days. In all beautiful views but bring your own supplies. If you plan on checking in late make sure they send you the text to get into your room. Hot tub out of order."
"We booked two nights under separate reservations due to a change in circumstances/plan. I contacted the property via text as they requested, and asked them to combine the reservations so we didn’t have to move rooms etc and could use the same door code. Mind you there is no office to go to, just an online check in system and texting. The confirmed the reservations merged, perfect.
Fast forward to our second day, suddenly the door code expired (at the 11 am check out time, even though they were supposed to combined) and couldn’t get back into the room. Texted the office several times to try to get a new code/completed a new check in page online and got no response. After about 30 minutes of several texts and no answers, i called the phone number (which I had previously called regarding the reservation
Concern and got no answer) they answer, and give me the new code. Sounds good. Go to enter the code, still doesn’t work. Thankfully one of us is in the room at this point and my husband was on the outside and able to be let in. Several texts about the code not working, never got an answer or a response, i asked if they could make sure the code was activated, nothing. The code never ended up working. So we were essentially stuck inside since we wouldn’t have been able to get back in."
