“Amazing bed!! Extremely accommodating reception staff who gave us extra teabags and milk when we asked. Ice machine is an awesome touch, especially in the hot weather. Air conditioning was a god send. Lovely, fluffy towels. And very good water pressure in the shower. Multiple plug sockets in reachable locations and a USB port!! Looking forward to our breakfast in the morning. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next visit to Cardiff. ”

“The hotel was located just outside the Cardiff Central railway station and very close to the city center and the castle. The room was nice and clean and the fridge was working nicely. Breakfast was superb.”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”

“Close to the train station and centre, within 5 minute walk. Booked a room for the night for a concert at the Utilita Arena, it’s an old building so don’t expect the Ritz. Breakfast was lovely. Good price hotel in a fantastic location”
