"Have stayed here before, and always pleasant staff...we were 3 hours early for check in, but we're given a room anyway! This really made our stay 😀 great room, comfortable and a lovely shower...only downfall this time was we couldn't heat the room up and it was very cold....heated up after a few hours. "Everything was absolutely fine. Had a meal, very tasty. We didn’t realise there was a service charge, could have been clearer. We had an early flight and were sleeping by 9.30pm, unfortunately the fire alarm went off 11.30 and we had to rush outside. We booked the hotel so we could sleep better before the flight but it didn’t turnout like that. However these things happen."
