"Focus is more on gaming versus amenities, shopping, restaurants and the local sights. Location is off the strip, so you'll need to drive to other places and park in their facilities or use a taxi service. The location immediately surrounding the property is not really suited for walking around so it's the destination. If you just want to sit down and just play, this is fine. The room was very nice and a great value."

"This property is old and full of character. Some reviews I have seen are not complimentary about this . That being said it's from a bygone area and dosen't have the modern sleek look of the newer hotels and casinos in ac . I personally enjoyed the classic Hollywood look even though some people would say it seems run down in places but it depends on how you see the glass half full or empty . That said my room was clean ,air conditioner was strong , shower hot and good water pressure , in room safe worked , bed comfortable etc. The pool was heated and beautiful with adult only hours from 8p to 10p which was relaxing . The staff was overworked but very friendly . You can walk inside all the way through Ballys to Ceasars casino so its very convenient to multiple restaurants , entertainment and shopping areas even if the weather is bad which is very nice and there was plenty of parking available in the deck although it is $25 a day so plan that into your costs . The Vue is a very nice and popular rooftop bar . I didnt eat in the hotels Italian restaurant but it looked nice and had a daily $14.99 dinner special which seems to be a great value. Location is about 2 blocks from the outlets and convenient to bus station . It also is home to a very nice dispensary and smoking lounge if like that sort of thing too. I wouldn't venture out Atlantic or Pacific Ave at late night , but during the day is fine and there is ample police presence to keep things safe for visitors ."
