"Best customer service ever!!!! I’ve been coming to MB for over 20 years and this was the first time staying here. I booked because they had ocean view rooms and allowed my pet. I traveled with my mom and after 14 hours of driving she needed help getting to the room . No need to ask… Gary quickly noticed and got a wheelchair for her and helped us to the room. Every single staff person was incredibly nice and willing to help if needed. It was quiet , clean and comfortable. Easy parking … lots of options without crossing the street or parking in a garage. (Not many resorts can say that!) I can’t wait to come back and check out more of the amenities. The pool area was great and they offered music and activities. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else "

"The room was spotless and everything was in its place. The only thing that I had any trouble with was there were some staff members on the third floor this morning and they were listening to their music so loudly that it could be heard through the door and over the television. "
