“Room was clean, bed was soft and comfortable, shower water was hot, pool was nice and clean and the view was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation. I will definitely book a stay here again next time I’m in Myrtle Beach.”

“Day time staff was fantastic and so sweet. Night front desk was rude and did not address the issue of people smoking by the pool or smoking on their balconies. Room photos showed beds by the balcony but when we got to the room the beds were by the front door. Karaoke until 11p.m. didnt allow for a pleasant night watching the ocean from the balcony. And that wasnt described on Expedia so be aware.”

“We stayed at Crown Reef Resort for four days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the pools. They were absolutely filthy—very cloudy with debris floating everywhere. We found fake eyelashes, hair and press on nails on the bottom of the floor, KitKat wrappers, and other trash in the water. It was honestly disgusting and looked like the pools hadn’t been properly cleaned or shocked in a long time. The rooms were small and in desperate need of updating....
