“The view from the room was fantastic. However the bathroom had roaches towels left from the previous guest in the shower curtain. It was supposed to be a full kitchen it had no forks no knives and only a 8 inch pan. It was supposed to have daily maid service but I had to call everyday for towels and wash clothes. And the dishwasher was leaking and we never used it.”

“We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. Black mold was running down the wall of shower and door was badly damaged and stain with mold. Didn't notice the condition until I went to use the shower the next day.
