“The property is amazing however front desk staff were not very friendly check in and check out.”

“We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money.”

“The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. “One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.”

“It was a wonderful place, clean, quiet, air conditioning worked. Only complaint and not their fault, I was on vacation and breakfast was only until 9am and we are night shifters so we definitely weren't awake in time. but it smelled heavenly!”
