"I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April 2026. The property is old and in need of some renovations, but it is clean and had all the amenities I needed. I stayed in a room with a kitchen, facing the city but could see the ocean from the side of the balcony. It was amazing being able to go downstairs and be on the beach. The room was only cleaned once during my stay (I think I could have asked for more if I had wanted), but the housekeeping staff left a bag of towels outside my door every day, and I left dirty towels and rubbish outside the door, which they took in a timely manner. When I arrived and had my first shower, the water pressure was way too strong and couldn’t be adjusted. I called reception and they sent a maintenance staff member straight away, who replaced the shower head immediately! Very impressed with their service and helpfulness. One downside to this property is that there was a lot of noise from the street (North Ocean Boulevard), with construction going on next door to the hotel, and also cars/motorbikes driving past with music blasting. The windows are not soundproof!! I would definitely recommend this hotel, just make sure that your expectations meet the reality of this property. "

"Overall was just fine not really excellent. Just fine for what we paid for. If you just wanna have some place to stay in a tight budget then this is right hotel for you. Room is fine and we really enjoyed the beach view from balcony coz we booked the one that is Ocean front. Starbucks is just beside the building. Garage parking is just 5 mins walk. Lobby, Hallways and elevators are not new and not clean but we will not sleep there anyway so it was just fine. The service is poor so this is not good for many nights stay. We were just glad we only stayed 2 nights. It was a birthday getaway too coz we're from NC so we went out most of the time. Staff are nice but maintainance is poor service too coz we called for some concerns in the room but it took the day after when he went. Tv is not a Smart Tv but no biggie. In general, it was just fine for somebody in a tight budget or somebody just wanna have fun outside the Hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍"
