“The location of this hotel is the best thing. It’s right by the boardwalk and wheel, and right on the beach. I enjoyed the pool. Checking in and parking is a nightmare. No parking at the hotel, you have to move your car to one of several lots in the area after checking in and unloading. Lots of people and action. If you like a quiet, low key place, don’t stay here. Rooms are old and very small. I felt cramped by myself. Can’t imagine if you had a whole family in there.”

“All the staff was excellent!! They were all helpful in every way, well except for 1 guy who was in charge of the lazy river pool, the pool was shut off and he said he couldn't turn it on cus he didn't have a key when the truth was all he had to do was pull the shutoff knob, so I went to the front desk and they called down and someone else turned it on for us!”

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“This was a pigsty. False advertisement online. Fake pictures are posted. I can not believe Expedia allows them to book through them. Full of cockroaches, filthy. As soon as we got there we realized it was a scam. And thats not all, Despite all my efforts and telling Expedia I took pictures of the roaches and the filthy room including the stove that looked like a piece of trash, that property denied to refund my money.
