“Very disappointed with our stay. Check-in is listed as 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived at 5:30 p.m., our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes before we could check in. Not fun with cranky kids. When we finally got to the room, it didn’t feel clean. It smelled like someone had just sprayed air freshener to cover up odors rather than the room actually being cleaned. Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. For a newer unit, it already showed significant wear. The walls had stains, the furniture was very cheap and already falling apart, and there was very little storage for clothes and personal items. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the balcony railing felt loose, which was a safety...

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”
