“It was nice hotel. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as i would have liked”

“Staff was rude at front desk. Manager on site was not concerned or showed any care in helping secure handicap parking. More worried about 15 min unload parking. Although they offered 5 spots for handicap they also offered just as many for 15min. Was told to park 2 blocks away on top floor of parking garage. Handicap tag for vehicle was on display. The staff called and had me move . I will be sending a formal complaint.”

“the Inn was very clean, and the staff was great, you have a view of the ocean and such on a balcony. Parking was easy to manage. I believe housekeeping is requested, but other than that great place to stay.”

“Property is in excellent location close to everything but Elevators busy. I checked in Thursday and room service didn't clean room and it was past 4 pm on Sat eve.. I asked for more towels .. its 3 star hotel so service could be better.. but hotel is overall good.”

“Easy check in and out. Key cards don’t always work. Ice ONLY on floors 4 and 11. Additionally, can not get ice until after 8 am! No shower access after 11pm from the beach. Hot tub in room did NOT work. Kitchen was nice. Balcony’s were no smoking…but most other occupants continuously smoke marijuana.”

“The location and view were the best parts of our stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful, and if I were rating on location alone, this would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. For a newer unit, it already showed significant wear. The walls had stains, the furniture was very cheap and already falling apart, and there was very little storage for clothes and personal items. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the balcony railing felt loose, which was a safety...

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“First of all we had a great time here, Were not bashing them at all. Staff was extremely helpful and since I'm handicapped they put us on the 1st floor! Cause our room would have been on the 4th floor with no elevators We did find on our last night there a cockroach and it was huge! (YES, I smashed the hell out of it) i f we to find more than one”
