“The beach view was great and the room was spacious. That's about it. The furniture was old, worn, and broken. Many drawers did not close properly, if at all. Open one drawer, two below it open as well. The sofa bed was thin, squeaky, and extremely lumpy. We had to call down to the lobby for the sofa bed linens, which were old, thin from wear, and stained - to the point that my daughter didn't even use the sheets. The refrigerator leaked and we could not determine where it was coming from. ...

“Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! We were also allowed to choose the level of our room which allowed for a great view of the beach. We had an extremely pleasant experience and would definitely book again!”

“Did not have a balcony so we would have a beach view. Was not ask when booke the room other than that everything was great. Wished there was a pool at this location but it rained a lot so that worked out. Looking forward to next year”

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”
