“Staff good but need more improvement ”

“Parking was easy. Safe secure very quiet area. ”

“We did not stay at this property. My wife has health conditions the property the room was unacceptable. Pictures are misleading. Property doesn’t look anything like what is showing.”

“Great views/location and very friendly staff. Parking garage was extremely tight and I would recommend bringing travel broom for the sand that gets in your room. Otherwise, an amazing stay!! ”

“The room was very nasty i been trying to get something to clean and never received anything nobody ever came Nuttin to wash dishes or anything the couches was ripped all the crap and the stover had the smoke detector going off like crazy ”

“the room was clean, and nice but there was dye on the sheets and pillow cases when i arrived at check in. the hotel is charging me for something that was there when i arrived. the staff was nice at the hotel, it wasn’t until i was checking out and asked about the deposit and to get answer about when it would be refunded that the staff became rude, an nasty to me and my family. overall the hotel was nice, inside and out. most of the staff during the stay was nice ”

“It was good for a quick stay. Staff were friendly and we had a beautiful view of the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was is that you have to punch a code to get into your room and other places around the hotel. We would stay again.”

“Good proximity to the beach and ease of access. Lots of amenities with good front desk, service, and bar staff. Need to update the rooms and remodel bathrooms. The resort should make an effort to control large groups in single rooms and limit loud speakers. Overall it was an average experience for my first time in Myrtle. ”

“Rooms were not very clean, broken toilet paper holder, no shampoo or conditioner’s or lotion. Parking was convenient. ”

“Great Location - beautiful view - very nice staff, that is the really good stuff. The motel is very dated and we had one of the higher end rooms. Lobby, pool area and eating areas have all been updated. Would I stay here again - maybe.”

“This hotel was not oceanfront, it was across the street. I would only return to this hotel if it was a trip I needed to find reservations quickly. It was very noisy at night and I did not think the location was the best! ”
