“Weather was great. Room was nice and clean. Customer service was amazing. It was my grandson birthday they was so sweet and nice to him. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. You have a great team. Can’t wait to come back!! Thanks for everything!!”

“My wife and I have stayed here 2 out of 3 times we have come to Myrtle Beach and will be staying again in near future when we visit for 4th time. What we like is there is valet parking offered and the guys are on top of that right away and extremely welcoming and pleasant. We also like that it is very clean, trustworthy, most of time halls are quiet and no issues at all. Housekeeping was a bit slackish. There were times we had to close our patio door due to the smell of weed, which I understand...

“My day was OK unfortunately I came when they were under construction so there were a lot of areas that were closed down. The floor that I was on did not have ice and ice was only available on the first floor. I also had some issues with parking. Location it was great, I hope Experience it again when everything is done”

“The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids”

“For the most part the hotel was quite. Rooms were spacious. The negative about this hotel is the parking for it is not ideal and pool area needs to be freshened up looks dingy and outdated staff was friendly and beach access was great!”
