The bathrooms are disgusting and do not get cleaned through out the day. The first floor bathroom was so clogged with bowel movements and paper towels thrown all over the floor and in the second floor bathroom, a big spill I saw in the am was still there at 9pm when I went back in and all dried up on floor), housekeeping went in one day to our room and gave clean towels, toilet paper, took our garbage and then left our door wide open while we were gone the entire day. The other days, housekeeping never came and we had to call to get things (but you have to call more than once because they won't come the first time). Cockroaches are here in the hallways, mold (which my son is very allergic to) was visible in more than one spot in the room, the only restaurant here (#lokogecko) has about two servers, no bartender most of the time and you will be waiting for someone to wait on you for over 30 minutes. When asked to switch my room, they said they would put us in an "owners suite" but come to find out it was just another room like the one we had .. just as disgusting and now caught them in a lie. Pools don't get upkeep through out the day, of course people are going to throw garbage and be messy-it happens I get it.. but to not walk around trying to keep the pool clean? My son has autism and would not even go in the majority of the pools because he was so grossed out from things floating in there-as was I!.
