“I am currently in a dispute about the service, the charges, and my entire experience with this hotel during my stay July 10-12, 2026. I have been in communication with them over the past three weeks, and to date, there has been no resolution. I normally do not do reviews, as I recognize the damage that reviews can do to a business. “I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!”

“What I didnt like was having to have waited an hour or so for our room to be available. The room itself had a musty odor. There was often a sewage smell in the bathroom which was also extremely small to maneuver in , the coffee pot looked as though it hadn't been sterilized and had rust on the metal rim. The elevators were always were extremely hot and at times unbearable to breathe add to the fact there were no limitations to how many people could be on one at any given time, the parking...

“Omg when I say I loved this resort! I did a solo trip from Monday - Thursday and this resort was so well equipped I barely left the property in those days… loved the breakfast buffet, the indoor and outdoor pools, the live music and more .. everything about this place was amazing and I can’t WAIT to come stay again!! Room could have used a nicer fridge and some plastic cups but that was really my only complaint”
