"I had a corner suite room. Clean, comfortable, with good air-con and en-suite shower. Considering how close it is to Beach Rd and Walking St, this is a surprisingly quiet area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby."

"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."

"Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards...

"GreatHotel if single&wantWalking Street&OKwIndians. I rate only their executive wing only. They have some other buildings that i would not recommend. I love this place. Not for families or kids younger than 21 due to Walking Street and that entertainment venue. It is 99.9% Indian guests and they are nice and respectful. The hotel staff and building ( executive wing only!) is great. They did some nice updates. 10/10 rating:)!"
