"This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep."

"We stayed for 3 nights here at the Calypso Hotel in mid May. It being the end of the tourist season, there were only about 2 other guests at the hotel. The hotel is on the exact opposite side of the island from Charlestown, so it was extremely quiet and peaceful, while still only being a 20 minute drive at most to get to places like charlestown and Pinney’s beach. We were greeted and welcomed by the owner (Leo, I believe). He was extremely hospitable and always available to help and bring us...

"Had a lovely stay. I was able to relax, reflect, release, and appreciate some personal time. I loved the screened-in porch (fabulous for days when it rains); David gave a FANTASTIC massage; Chef Ricky served a tasty chicken roti (the rum punch was DELICIOUS); the staff was kind and welcoming. The property isn't modern, but it meets your needs. If you want granite and luxury, stay elsewhere. This is truly quaint and familiar. I felt safe, respected, and a part of the family.
