"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the "do not disturb" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a "good morning" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona. "

"The room is clean and well kept and the staff was friendly. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to move our cars because of the power washing that weekend. The pool should be kept open later than 8 PM. I would definitely stay there again."

"I have been going to the Impala for at least one week a year since I was born in 1980. All I can say is that it’s the first and only place I look at and stay when I plan the trip!! The location is phenomenal, the staff is beyond friendly, and it’s absolutely spotless!! If I could change one thing it would be a hot tub by the pool but if that’s my only “complaint.” I’ll take it! Don’t miss out on this place for your stay. You will never be sorry! "
