For the price, you can't go wrong. There has definitely been many improvements made to the place. New paint, pool area is improved, grass is always cut, saw the staff constantly busy. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the air conditioner is finicky. They need a good cleaning I think. Don't expect many TV stations if your stuck in during a storm either. Overall a semi decent stay.

Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price.

We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained.

Basically a trucker and long term resident motel. If traveling alone as a female I wouldn’t recommend. Pool was green and property doesn’t look anything like the pictures.

It’s very old, the inner courtyard was better maintained than the room. Not the cleanest but tolerable for short stays. Toilet had an awful brown rust stain. Towels, pillows, microwave and refrigerator were at least 20 years old and not much upkeep on them. All felt and appeared dirty, that was a problem for me! Staff were courteous but scarce. Great location to OC, Sea Isle and walkable to a few convenient stores.

Most lights in room were broken in addition to non working hairdryer, outlets not working except one near bathroom. The breakfast, although free, had only the most unhealthy food options available. Sink water smelled like rusty iron and I had an allergic reaction after taking a shower. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend booking here unless you’re desperate for shelter. Staff was helpful and courteous. However, I will not return.
