“Incredible service”

“Superbe hôtel. Quelques restaurants à proximité. Café Nespresso dans la chambre, très apprécié. Quelques tisanes pour le soir seraient les bienvenues. Le personnel est aux petits soins. J’ai grandement apprécié l’appel de la réceptionniste pour me demander si la chambre me plaisait et si j’avais besoin de quoique ce soit. Petit geste qui ne coûte rien mais qui fait que l’on se sent apprécié. Merci! ”

“Manque de rénovation ”

“Wow tout était parfait, propre et super beau très Rosey, mais c’était parfait. Le service à la clientèle 6 étoiles sur 5; nous avons reçu un texto pour savoir la température désiré de notre chalet et quel style musical nous voulions avoir pour notre arrivée. Je vais y retourner c’est certain ”

“The breakfast area setup needs improvement. There were no tongs to pick up the bread leaving people to use fingers. For some reason, the breakfast was set up in the bar area with gambling video lottery terminals in plain sight making it not kid friendly at all. This may even be illegal as it is in other provinces but I’m not sure. The food was good though. ”
