"Valet= amazing. We arrived and Moises helped us. Loaded our bags onto the luggage cart and took it up to our room for us all while making great conversation. Overall the valet staff need more credit. We got the same staff throughout our stay and they were on their game. The staff walking around working hard always greeted us, restaurant staff were nice & professional, salty rim bar staff as well! Overall great experience. The only thing is the rooms. We know it was a remodel from a previous hotel. They could have just put more effort on replacing certain things. We had water damage in our ceiling but we hardly spent time in our room besides sleeping and getting ourselves ready. Room felt “moist”, our clothes had that damp feel. I think if there was proper circulation in the rooms or even a working bathroom fan, would help. To not keep all that moisture in from showers or the air blowing one place all day. Other than that, good place for a getaway. Family & couples!"
