"Room was not as depicted in the pictures. Rooms needed a deep clean and basic maintenance done. Bathroom was very small. Resort should have given me a notice we were on the second floor with no elevator access prior to check-in. "

"The hotel was very good and the staff was great, but the noise level in our room with the doors closed (loud music all day and half the night from the sun deck) was unacceptable. We paid the upcharge for an ocean front room, but that was a mistake. Unless you like loud music for many hours straight, I do not recommend booking an ocean front room. The hotel, however, graciously allowed us to check out a day early because we couldn't stand the noise any longer."
