"The staff was super nice. I left my money and my passport in the safe when I check out. I went to the beach about 3 hour later I found out that the item were missing! I went to see if they had my passport and money. And yes the hotel had the items and gave it back to me. Thanks you cleaning person for being honest"

"Amazing stay on Kata Noi Beach. The beach was clean, uncrowded, with surfers but also safe for swimming, and our ground-floor room had incredible views with terrace access to the beach. The adult-only pools made it super peaceful, and we loved the thoughtful in-room extras like beach towels, a tote bag, and flip-flops. The breakfast spread was huge with delicious Thai and Indian options, plus a fun daily rotation of herbal teas (pandan, butterfly pea, chrysanthemum). Keep in mind it's in a quieter spot—getting to Patong or Karon is a 30+ minute cab ride, and Kata Beach is a hilly 20-minute walk—but it’s an absolute gem if you want a relaxing beachfront escape."

"This is my second time staying at the mandarava and it won’t be my last. It’s a beautiful property tucked into the hillside with some incredible views. It has multiple pools spread out around the property so the pool never feels too crowded. Breakfast is varied and has the freshest pastries I’ve had at a buffet. Iced coffee at breakfast is also great. Rooms are spacious with a great bathroom, cleaned frequently by Noey a lovely staff member. Lots of hills and stairs but they have shuttles to drop you at your room or pick you up for breakfast. There’s shuttles to the beach everyday which save walking or getting a grab. Poolbar has happy hour everyday with reasonable prices. Hotel felt safe with lots of staff at reception/concierge."

"The Amari is a beautiful property. We came for a wedding. The event was so gorgeous - the location, the staff, everything went beautifully. I am a celiac and was concerned about the Thai menu. Chef Ryan ensured my Gluten Free meal was safe and spectacular. We will definitely come back."
Paradox Resort Phuket

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"

"Daisy and Irish were both very friendly staff. They made sure that our stay was great, always asking what they could help us with. The interaction with them gave us info what the area offers, entertainment and food, what to watch out for regarding safety. Look for them if you are staying in Chanalai Garden Resort. They did above and beyond customer service."
