"While the building is an older one, the room itself was large, bright, nicely furnished, and most importantly clean. The courtyard with live trees is nice and provides a pleasant smell to the property. Parking is plentiful both in front and behind the building, with a circular drive with a covered entrance for loading and unloading. The entire property is non-smoking, which means you won't have to gamble on smoke wafting in your room. In terms of negatives, the elevator is slow and the drainage in the showers is slow. I also wish the TV had some sort of guide so I can see what is playing, it was old-school channel flipping only. The microwave was not plugged in, and the outlet was precarious so I didn't mess with it. It could use a proper power strip. Other than those small things, my stay was perfect and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean budget option. "

"Not very clean. The room smelled like marijuana when we walked in. No hot water for shower - lukewarm at best. Pool was covered 9/13/25- temps in the high 90s. People In the room next to us smoked outside - basically in front of our door and you could smell it in our room. "

"Last minute trip to visit our Uncle in the hospital, everything was as expected. Friendly staff, breakfast was decent-everyday eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, onions and carrots. Along with pancakes and waffles, super donuts, and everything else. Room was clean, LOVED the shower head and water pressure "
