"Park Central SB is a wonderful hotel with clean rooms, a GREAT staff that goes over and beyond to accommodate your needs and requests. It's centrally located and easily accessible to shopping, the beach, and countless bars/restaurants. The on-site bars, restaurants and patios have great food and drinks. You will enjoy this hotel. The only two things that people should be aware of is that if you valet, call one hour in advance of needing your car, and perhaps bring your own washcloths, if you use them, because they don't give you any, and/or the ones they do have been overly used."

"I have no high expectations for an airport hotel, but I’ve also had some good experiences at other Miami International airport hotels. This one…..not so much. No room available after the 4P guaranteed checkin. In the end we got room within 30 minutes and a little lobby wait. Staff was very apologetic We asked for a shower cap at the front desk. We waited about 15+ minutes in the lobby while they ran around looking before they told us someone would bring it to the room. No one ever showed. The TV repeatedly turned itself off after about 30 seconds, so there was no way to watch it. The hotel is a 10 story atrium so every room enters from the atrium. Extremely loud music live blared until 8:30P. Even on 7th floor there was no way to get away from it. Selection was nice….just crazy loud in the room. The hotel sits at the end on MIA runway. Sounded like jets were in our room every few minutes till about midnight. Even then then took off all night. There’s a rail running just below the hotel. Trains come through with full horns all night….i counted 4 from 10P to 5A. Parking at $30 per night is higher than onsite parking at MIAMI International. Trust me, there are way better options near Miami International. "

"The pool area wasn’t maintained well. A lot of rain during the week. Cushions on the lounges were always wet, debris in the pool. Housekeeping came to tidy up the room between 6:30pn and 7:30pm, not acceptable. Don’t understand what the $10 resort fee per day was all about, plus $12 per day to park. Add one that don’t need to be"

"Not great experience - a/ c very noisy with exposed wires coming out of it which were a trip hazard. Bathroom door did not shut properly and also smelt strongly of damp. Very disappointing. Staff were very pleasant but no maintenance on site. Offered another guest a Plunger to sort bathroom sink issue out! "
