"Nice hotel. 2 front desk ppl (men) were very nice. Other staff members (women) very rude. Hotel decent & clean. But the humidity in the rooms are crazy even with the air on. They literally have no vents I’m sure that’s why. It was an okay stay. Wouldn’t stay there again."

"Property was ok .. pretty clean … unfortunately the staff wasn’t too nice .. and definitely do not relay messages to the housekeepers.. my sheets had stains on them and asked a couple of times to change them yet it wasn’t done … we bought sheets and used them instead… especially since we traveled with an 8 month old and we stayed in town for a week "

"The hotel itself is beautiful, one of the nicest on the island. The room was dated still, with little issues from being an older building. The best part was definitely the pool. Seating is limited as a lot of it is reserved for the cabanas. We loved our waitress Paulina! She made a huge difference in our experience and literally didn’t stop checking in on us. "
