Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ordentlich, die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr einladenden Eindruck.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an Mitarbeiter Velat.M, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert war. Er hat sich stets Zeit genommen und war bei jeder Frage oder Bitte sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service!

“Loved how helpful the staff were. Even though I don't speak Turkish, the staff made great effort to understand my questions and help me.
