“The location is fantastic for Carlsbad Caverns. The Cactus Cafe is excellent. The breakfast burritos are great. It now closes at 3pm and we had to make last second plans for dinner. Unfortunately, the water slides were closed when we were there despite getting a text message the day of stating that it would be open.”

“We were pleased staying in this hotel, well-maintained and clean! Our room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy, the whole staff was extremely helpful, amazing and knowledgeable. Hot breakfast is served daily with lots of options. The only thing that I was a little concern was the cleanliness of the pool. Water has awful smell, lots of algae on the wall and it seems they don't clean it the way it supposed to be(?) but we definitely will stay here again for our upcoming trip to Carlsbad, NM.”

“Clean room. Tub/shower combo. Laminate flooring instead of carpet. Nice lobby, had ice water available for the guests. Free breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and other standard choices. Heated indoor pool Only con. They were redoing their roof so there were stacks of roofing material in the parking lot”
