"Best location on shore of Lake Powell above Wahweap Marina. Room needed updating, but it was clean enough, bed was comfy, good quality bedding and towels, fridge in room, great AC, nice balcony. My only complaints were the bathroom sink and vanity were old, beat up, and leaky, and the hall was never vacuumed during our 4-day stay. We had a really nice view of the marina and lake. The Rainbow Room was excellent for breakfast buffet and delicious dinner. It's pricey, but worth it for the incredible floor-to-ceiling 180 degree view of Lake Powell and the cliffs and buttes. We did the Dam Boat Tour that departs from the lobby and it was great. The entire resort property is very nice with easy parking. Beware the line to check in gets extremely long and takes quite a while!"

"Stay somewhere else! There was a broken tile in our bathroom that we were afraid would cut somebody’s foot. When we alerted the hotel upon finding it, they tried duct tape, which only held for a few minutes. We ended up checking out early and the hotel wouldn’t give us any type of discount. Definitely would not recommend! In addition, the hotel generally felt a little bit dirty and dated. And the front desk people were difficult to track down when you needed basic things like towels. Boo."
