This is an older property but well maintained. If you are looking for the upscale experience at Moab, this is not your place. If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head and take a shower after a day exploring in Moab, this is your place.

This is an older property that caters mainly to travelers experiencing the great outdoors by car, van, and bike (motor and otherwise). As such, it's a perfect fit for Moab, where sand and hiking boots determine fashion choices. The hotel is located in the center of everything with access to shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as food trucks, gelato and beignets. Rooms are basic but spacious, with all you need for a brief stay.

Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only stairs to reach the second floor. Fairly quiet for having doors that open to a parking lot. Coffee in the room but no bottled water. Nicely located in town. Close to restaurant and tourist shops.

Hotel was clean, bathroom floor sloped possibly due to settling or poor construction, AC was noisy but worked well. Tub has double shower heads with adequate hot water. We ate at the Moab Diner across the street that had the best food on the two week trip and was reasonably price. Hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes from the Arches National Park entrance. Saw people swimming in the outdoor heated pool.
