“A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. ”
