“Very clean and comfortable. Right next to train station to CBD and short walk to beach and shops. Not easy to find untimed parking nearby unless had pre booked parking on site. ”

“이제까지 묵었던 apartment 식 호텔 중에 제일 최고였네요. 일 층에 거실/키친 이고, 이층엔 침실/욕실이 있는 구조인데, 괜찮았어요. 야외 테라스도 있고, 세탁기/건조기 및 기타 옷 보관하기 좋게 수납공간이 있어서 가족이 가서 여러 날 묵으면 딱 좋을 것 같아요”

“Everything was great, the only issue we had was the door lock for the balcony was broken and so the door was unlocked while we were there. It was no big deal as we were on the third floor. Parking was easy, but is accessed through the shopping centre carpark the appartments sit above. We were met at the entrance and guided to the building’s secure car park. Harry was great in communicating with, and meeting us, on arrival.”

“ONCE WE FINALLY FOUND OUR CARPARK IN THE BASEMENT, THE ROOM INCLUDING THE BEDDING WAS SMELLING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF OUR STAY AND THE SINK WAS ALSO WAS QUITE SMELLY FROM FOOD RESIDUE. THE DIRT FROM THE OUTSIDE PATIO AREA HAD BEEN SWEPT TO A PILE OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND LEFT THERE. THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY WITH COBWEBS.THERE ARE MANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES IN THIS COMPLEX WITH MUCH BETTER ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE.”

It's great that the check in is digital and on your app. Maybe more than 1 set of keys for the apartment and clearer instructions about the parking would be better. “The property looked exactly like the photos displayed.However,upon arrival, there was no tv,no wifi,soiled towels, broken window latch (whereby someone could easily climb through into the property),broken kettle,scuffed walls l, broken rangehood and stove top.These issues were raised when discovered and I was promised a refund for of 20% for everyday of my stay until wifi is available.
