“Everything was easy peasy ,staff was very cordial and room was as expected”

“I liked it because up the location it was easy to get to. I disliked it for 2 nights around 9 or 9:30 we are on 2nd floor the room up above us people stomping around. Kept me from sleeping. ”

“Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines....

“Lady responsible for breakfast was excellent. Very nice polite and helpful and friendly I think her name was Janet. I stayed there Wednesday through Sunday and see was there every day. ”
