Pepper Tree Inn
The property is overlooking the lake and is the biggest plus. The staff was courteous and proposed another room at check in just as an option. Overall the property needs a serious upgrade.

Truckee Donner Lodge
AC is too noisy and the smell is too strong not sure what type of cleaning product do you use. It made me sneezed all night.
