"Stayed overnight after a late landing from a flight, decent breakfast included it’s all about the location at the airport, no complaints "

"Breakfast very good,staff friendly excellent,parking very good and safe.bad points ,shower for more than 2 minutes and water overflow into bathroom drains not working,seal on bottom of shower screen hanging off ,carpet into the bathroom frayed leaving carpet gripper exposed to catch your feet on,heating air didn’t work or we couldn’t operate as no instructions given ,no other information in the room about Wi-Fi .no welcome pack with information etc.room was cold .no hooks in bathroom to hand clothes or towels etc lots of small details easily rectified.big one being standing on carpet gripper in the doorway not good.would we stay again yes but next time we would ask for a different room "

"The leisure facilities are not good enough for the size of the hotel. Everything is so small, the pool and the jacuzzi. The sauna and steam room were cozy when more than 4 people wanted to use. Needs much better leisure facilities. We left after 15 minutes as we were just sat round waiting to use "

"The hotel was full and unfortunately we were given the worst room in the building. 121. It’s above a night club, there’s no soundproofing and it is tiny. We got no sleep at all. An awful experience. Hotel staff were kind, we were refunded however this should not have happened. What was meant to be a special night away was simply awful. I have no doubt the rest of the hotel is a delight breakfast was lovely and the bar area good but if you want a good night sleep, due to the location this is not the place. "

"Staff not attentive on this occasion. Service either slow or non existent. You have to CALL for, remind and insist for daily housekeeping to happen. Blocked slow flowing sink in bathroom. Overall, very disappointing stay and service. "

"Really nice hotel. Staff were lovely. Roon Very comfortable and clean. Didn’t have breakfast but had a few drinks in the bar which had great ambience. "
