"The property's location is excellent and one of its biggest strengths. It's conveniently located and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcome and significantly improved our overall experience. The restaurant and Billy's were both outstanding, with great food, drinks, and service.
Unfortunately, the accommodations did not live up to the rest of the property. The room was noticeably dated and could benefit from renovations and updated furnishings. The towels were extremely rough, which took away from the comfort of taking a shower. Parking was also a major frustration. Spaces were limited, difficult to find, and not well managed, making it inconvenient to come and go.
Overall, the outstanding staff, excellent dining options, and prime location were enough to make our stay enjoyable. However, without those positives, the condition of the rooms and the parking situation would have resulted in a much lower rating. With some updates to the accommodations and improvements to parking, this property could easily provide a much better guest experience."
