"The room was extremely clean and sanitized. Great decorations and comfortable. The restaurants were amazing and excellent customer service throughout the resort. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a vacation where the have an all inclusive experience with best in class service and amenities."

"The room was clean and updated, we did found a couple of bugs in the room, the rest of the hotel was outdated and we had issues getting new towels in the room and we had made a reservation for the restaurant with the front desk staff who never shared this info with the restaurant, so when we showed up we did not have a reservation. The staff seemed more interested in talking with other staff than helping the guest."
