Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially bc I was with my adult special needs daughter,,,,, everyone made out stay very comfortable. “Not happy at all with this stay. The property feels outdated, and the rooms were not cleaned to the standard you would expect for the price being charged. The pool area is very small and also looks old and poorly maintained. What was most disappointing was arriving at check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When we raised the issue, staff promised refunds or compensation that never materialized. It felt misleading and very frustrating. I honestly expected much better given the...

“We stayed for three nights in the Violet room and it was delightful. This place isn’t “fancy” in the modern materialistic sense, but the staff were wonderful, its clean and well maintained for being right on the beach, super quiet, convenient to everything, and best of all, the beachfront is unmatched in its beauty and accessibility. We visited Bean Point and Coquina Beach, and found that the beachfront right out our door at Cedar Cove is as good as it gets! Highly recommend :)”
