“Dirty, dirty, dirty, and not in a good way. Carpet along the edge looks like it was cleaned immediately after construction last time. Hair in the sink, hair in the shower, toilet was unimpressive, and grime on the floor of the shower. I’m pretty sure my grandmother would not be impressed.”

“The room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping. We booked for the hot tub specifically after a long drive. It was unusable. It was disgusting with lots of unknown somethings floating all over the top. Looked like dead skin. Breakfast was meager. It had potential but was mostly gone by 7:40 on a Tuesday morning and no on refilled the entire time we were there. Multiple guests stopped for food and left because there was next to nothing left (except Little Debbie’s and granola bars and cold cereal.)....
