“Five-star experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port. Exceptional hospitality at reception, pristine amenities, and a wonderful stay overall.

“We believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star.
1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality.
2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep.
3. The quality of breakfast was so poor.

“The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant.
