We found the direct number of the helpful owner on the web and key handover was unproblematic after speaking to him. Noise from an adjacent room is heard loudly. The Wifi network worked only intermittently and the absence of local management made it impossible to fix it. These flaws unfortunately...

"The key system is tricky. Remember your room number, and make sure, well—hope, no one else learns/knows your room number. Somehow the smell of smoke enters a no smoking room though the windows open really helps clear the room of any odor though consider 3rd degree smoking is real."
