"We stayed in Salina, which is suite with pool and ocean view. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was totally amazing with great food selection. The dining area was amazing. The dinner menu is a bit limited, but nice variety. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. The pool is wonderful with drink and snack service. The beach has wonderful views and the sunsets were outstanding. All and all I scored it a 10."

"The staff was super helpful with all questions. The rooms are large with a great walk in shower. The beach is rocky and crystal clear with lots of fish. The lay out is great. The dinner menu is not always the best and it did jot match the online menue for the evenings dinner."

"This is a hidden gem in Calabria, just 20 minutes away from Tropea. The entire property has its own private beach section from where you can see a volcano. The water is amazing. It is honestly so well priced. It was a steal to have found this. I would any day recommend everybody to either go here live at the property or go camping. the beach and the views are to die for."

"So yes this is a three star hotel / apartment residence block and that's what you get - three stars. We stayed in one of the apartments, which are closer to the beach than the hotel rooms - but very basic - styking from the 1970's, no kettle, no TV, cheap plastic furniture etc - but functional. You have to pay about €150 extra for air con, if available... Upon checkin - info was extremely basic - almost nothing - just a room key. No info on anything really (wifi / beach location / bins access / how to get to the beach etc) - nothing on paper either. However, I'd still recommend this place on balance, despite being pricey (but then again everything is pricey in this region of Italy in August) - because the beach is outstanding (very beautiful, plenty of beach activities, ideal for kids) and the beach cafe is very good. The apartments are between 150m and 300 ms from the beach up a steep road - good exercise to walk. Nearby Tropea is wonderful to visit an defo recommend a stromboli night cruise. Pizzo and Scilla - OK - but nothing compared to Tropea (however parking is Tropea is a nightmare if you arrive after 6pm)...IF you want a relaxing beach holiday with the family - this is a wonderful location. Not huge doses of cultural artefacts - but enough to keep it edgy. Enjoy"

"I review hotels so hard for me to turn my work head off However if I were writing up Village Eden. I would say a wonderful paradise for all travellers. Great for couples & families. I has an apartment in the annex up the hill and it was perfect. The hotel itself if lovely. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff is super sweet and welcoming. Always ensuring that we had everything we needed. Getting from the annex up on the hill to beach side hotel was a breeze. Golf carts pick you up on request quickly. Never waited more than 3 minutes before the golf cart pick up arrived and that’s available until midnight which is great if you’re having late drinks at the hotel restaurant which was so so fantastic The cocktails were superb.perfect Service &Food so very delicious. Wonderful chef and selection for every type of diet.The private beach is beautiful and each room has alotted beach loungers guaranteed. The pool was awesome if sand isn’t your thing. So glad I chose Village Eden for my personal holiday in Capo Vaticano. I would suggest car hire to get around the area and an afternoon visit to Tropea. Te horse offers a parking space for each room. I LOVE THIS PLACE."
