Air conditioning was nice and cool compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The owner was nice and helpful. He recommended a delicious restaurant that we loved. He also offered for he and his wife to cook dinner and I wish we had stayed a second night to do that. The breakfast provided in the morning was simple but delicious and we could pick a time to have it ready. The location was great - quick walk to the beach and free parking a short walk away. I highly recommend this spot."
