“I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night....

“This is a must-experience farm stay. Although we could only stay one night due to our travel itinerary across Italy, Francesco warmly welcomed us with his kindness and attentive care. “Not a 4-star hotel, more like an apartment amongst other residential flats. Old, mouldy and terrible venue. Difficult to get to when you park the car and no one to help with bags, so you have to be prepared to climb stairs. Noisy neighbourhood, boiler makes clicking sounds and the aircon goes off and on the whole time. Forget about getting any rest here.”
