“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. “I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Give me clean, quiet, and safe, and we’re already on good terms. This place checked all three boxes and then added a few bonus points for style. The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. “The bathroom smelt like urine. There was no bar. Breakfast only had eggs toast and sausage. Horrible tasting. Staff couldn’t understand English. Room smelt horrible. Hot tub jacuzzi didn’t work.
