"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. "We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
